RETURNS:

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise(s) purchased on LoveMe can be returned within 15 days of purchase. The merchandise(s) must meet the following conditions:

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
  2. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  3. Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in original packaging.
  4. If the merchandise returned is without the original hang tag or damaged hang tag, this may cause a delay in store credit refund or may not qualify for a store credit refund.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
  6. If you ship packages with COD instruction, the package may be denied or the COD amount may be deducted from your return amount.
  7. Final Sale items may not be returned.

ACCEPTANCE OF DEFECTIVE ITEM FOR RETURN:

For an item to be considered a defective item, it must meet the following criteria for it to be qualified for a full refund credit:

  • Defect must be from the manufacturer’s fault, not from customer’s misuse, abuse or negligence.
  • The defective piece was notified to our Customer Service representative via email (customercare@headlineseoul.com) within 5 days of the package receipt. We can track when the package was received by the customer through our courier’s tracking no. and customer sign-off for the package.

If the defect is found to be caused by the customer’s misuse, abuse or negligence in handling the product, HLS reserves the right not to accept the product for return.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:

  1. Please email our Customer Service at customercare@headlineseoul.com to inform us of your intention to return, stating the following information in your email:
    • Your Name
    • Your Invoice No.
    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return.
  2. Our Customer Service will email you back to acknowledge the return.
  3. Please print our Customer Service email and return it with your original invoice along with your customs document, to expedite delivery.
  4. Please send your return to (via Shipping or personally returning it to the store):

  1. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. HLS cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
  2. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
  3. HLS/LOVEME is not accountable for shipping fee

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME:

Once your refund package arrives at HLS within the 15-day time limit, we will process your refund in Store Credit within 5-7 business days. Afterwards, you will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account regarding the refund transaction.

IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR OF THE SAME PRODUCT STYLE?

As we do not offer merchandise exchanges, should you need another size or color, please place a second order to ensure you get the correct size and color goods in a speedy manner. Afterwards, please use our refund process to return us back the wrong goods and we’ll credit your account.

 

STORE CREDIT:

Only store credit is offered for returns. We will provide you with your store credit code as quickly as possible after processing your return. Your store credit code will never expire and is for a ONE TIME use only. If the value of the credit code is not fully redeemed, no refund in cash or in other means will be given for the balance. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or be credited to any account.
