GREAT NEWS! We offer free shipping within Singapore for all orders. Please allow 3-4 business days from ship date to receive your shipment.


  1. For payment security protection, before we can ship out your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your credit card issuer. We will expedite this process as much as we can so that we can send out your goods as fast as possible.
  2. Our delivery time begins from when your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your purchased goods are processed and send out by our warehouse. During Sale and Promotional Periods and peak Holiday Seasons, please kindly note that this process can take up to 48 hours for the goods to be sent out.
  3. Delivery of shipment is by a third-party delivery service provider.
  4. Delivery time frame may be delayed pending on the third-party delivery service provider. The stated delivery time frames above are estimates only. We will provide a tracking number for you to track your shipment and check the status of your package as well so you know exactly where your goods are being held during the entire process.


For all our shipments, HLS/LOVEME insures each package during the time it is in transit from the showroom/warehouse to our 3rd party courier (SINGPOST). Once a tracking number is provided to you, the package will not be HLS/LOVEME responsibility. Once the package is accepted, the responsibility for the purchased goods is passed to you.
If you have specified another named recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or anyone at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by HLS/LOVEME and transfer of responsibility is passed on in the same way.
